As far as the woman goes, I'd say it's a power move of sorts, as another poster alluded to - she wants that power over you, that you had over her. I can't see her coming back, but it also seems plausible that she's "testing" how much you actually care about her. In this case, I wouldn't recommend trying to get involved further, because the last thing you want in your life is to be touring and following your dreams while this woman creates pettiness. It's also possible she really likes you and feels hurt; but to me, her actions would make me feel uncomfortable trying to 'date' further, if that makes sense.

My advice is just leave it alone. Maybe down the road you'll catch up once more. For now, don't try and read in between the lines
