If you weigh yourself while hung over, is that an accurate weight

Like seriously I have no other natural explanation to how I'd gotten to 123 lbs by an accident without noticing it.

Well I did last weigh myself a couple of weeks ago, and was like 59-60 kilos. Decided to check again this morning and it's fucking 56. I've been living off beer and junk food.

How would that make sense? Unless you're always "mildly dehydrated" or always hungover, then it wouldn't be an accurate median.
Your accurate weight should be calculated by the average of your weights in a week, imo.
