What do with hands? Whenever I talk to people I get hyper conscious

I can't talk though I either stare above their shoulder or into their soul.

I usually just do one hand in the pocket and the other just hanging. Some mannerisms as needed for conversational purposes but that's it. Keep your movements slow and deliberate and you're fine.

Try to mimic their hand gesture and body posture. It's proven that they'll find the conversation more interesting
