thats it really. there is no guaranteed route. im confrontational. when someones in the wrong i like to explain why they are wrong. sometimes i wait a day then do it then and say 'i know times are tough, and you arent too busy sunday, so why dont i take you to do something extra fun'.
remember that even if they are mean and in the wrong, loving someone means helping them when they are struggling, and sometimes when someone is rude its BECAUSE they are struggling and need some comfort.
