Hi /adv/
I'm out traveling for the week, and something strange is happening. I hear scratching noises in my head. It's like two or three at a time, sometimes more. Scratch...scratch scratch. It's very unsettling and it's keeping me awake.
If found some medicines can make you hear this when you don't take them, but I've been taking mine daily. I'm also starting to feel nauseous and insane haha.
I guess my question is, am I insane? I'm having trouble walking straight, and the scratching... it's just so strange. Like there's a bug in my head, kicking its legs.
If I could just hear you say it's normal that would be great hahah. I'm a little scared

Also I keep seeing a grey cat in places around my house, but it turns out to be shoes or whatever. I don't have a gray cat, just this black one. It's 2am and between the cat and the scratching I'm getting really scared. Also I laid down to sleep at 9, no luck still
