Trim it back and buy an antifungal creme OTC.
Keep your feet clean and dry with talcum powder and it should stay away.
Also chop off the toe.

Soak your feet in apple vinegar every day for 10 ~ 20mins, it takes some time to get rid of fungal infections (several weeks, even months) so be consistent with your hygiene habits.
