I think about a goal i have for myself and just hype myself about that goal like crazy. Hype feels so good i don't care what i have to go through.

You have to be over confident and you got to love what your doing or about to do. It's all a mind set nothing special with any drugs to your brain.

depends on what you are getting hyped for.

If you are about to do some sort of physical thing then yell a lot and/or hulk up like the Hulkster.

If you are doing some sort of high society thing then listen to some classical music while sipping wine.

If you are going to a restaurant then think of all the most delicious meals you have eaten in your life.
