There is no "right time" to express you love your significant other. Say it when you feel and know you really mean it and all that it entails. Too many people say these words flippantly.

Everyone is different, my friends had a talk about this recently, one guys been with his girl for over a year and never said it then one guy said after about a month or so which is true for him. One time he had a girl said I love you after a month they broke up a month later then he got a new one and back to the I love you barely before a month. Be careful because of his thing he looks and sounds like a broken man.

Say it when you feel like you can't hold it in anymore, when even shouting from the rooftops wouldn't be enough, because what's the point of not telling the person you love that you love them?
