we meet in the evening, the topic is set before. topics can be like friendship, tolerance, order, authority. at the beginning someone makes a intro of it and we start discuss about it, some people are more into spiritual stuff so they take the topic that way, other talk about it philosophicaly. in the end of the evening you have true reflections of 15 guys wich think sometimes completly different. You get a deeper understanding of how other people are thinking of stuff you cant talk about in smalltalk
