so while i was driving i got 2 phone calls and i didn't answer them because well its illegal to. I pulled into the petrol station to fill up. So i checked my phone and it was a private number. I asked my mates if it was any of them and they said no. And now i'm just Obsessed with finding out who it was. I want to know, im waiting for them to call back. Im just waiting for something good to happen in life

Work in telecoms,
Sometimes scammers use private numbers to stop you retracing them, though its pretty entry level.
The other group that hide their numbers are the Police, Health and emergency services. If you keep getting calls or have recently visited one of the above its probably them.
Wouldn't recommend calling back.
The above organisations call you on private numbers so you cant ring back. They have different communication systems for outbound and inbound calls.
Also, they never leave voice messages out of patient/victim cobfidentiality. Retarded, i know, but thats how it is.
