Well, there's not really a place to go that's equivalent to tinder. Largely, because the offline world is a lot more subtle, tinder just groups people together (that want to be on the site) and shows them to you.

If you keep your wits about you, you'll realise that most of the people out there on the street are kind of in a similar space to you. It's possible and quite easy to find people to date, but it does require getting out regularly and going to meet new people. This is pretty easy but can be hard.

The trouble is that, most people seem to just think that they have to immediately go to a bar or nightclub. So they end up forcing nights out for the soul purpose of trying to find a date or something like that.

It's best if you focus on yourself and what you like doing. I do a lot of art, so I can normally find avenues to meet people quite easily.

Basically if you're in the habit of meeting new people regularly it gets a lot easier, but it's always good to have an actual reason for being there. Going to a life drawing class to find a gf is really not cool and not going to work, but going there to draw and make friends is cool.
