Stop pornong completely and stop fapping for 2-3 weeks. After that, either have sex with her, or fap to the idea of having sex with her.
It will make a big difference. Might take a few months to sort your head out completely.

Talk with your doc and tell him what is wrong, then he can either give you an alternative, or you can gradually reduce your use of them until you are off them completely.
