Should I tell a guy that I like him, even though I can say with near full confidence that he doesn't share the same feelings?

Go for it. I did it once, it was hurt but also satisfied. I no longer live with "what if" anymore

>You tell him
He has an opportunity to confirm your suspicions that he doesn't like you. Or, you could luck out and he responds positively, and you get a chance to date.
>You don't tell him
You have a 0% chance of ever going on a date with him.
So idk OP, it's your call.

Do you want to live your whole life with him never knowing?
Is he a friend?
Well, tell us more about him first.

depends. if you care about your friendship as it is, than dont do it, as it can ruin that.
but if you're happy to risk changing that dynamic, even possibly for the worse, than go for it.
unless its a co worker or a close friend, no reason not to though
That's a cute cottage.
no advice to give.
Do it, feel better that its off your chest, begin to move on
Just tell me, I do like you. I know you almost told me.

Do it. Go for it. It might hurt but you will feel better. You will also grow as an individual.
