How can I get off of drugs, stop hating my life and being depressed

Pretty much the same respones to every problem here:

- Improve diet
- Exercise
- Meditate
- Set goals

Exercise is the way to go. If you can become disciplined enough to follow through with any workout regimen you make then it can hep bring stability into your life. This can also help you keep your mind off depression for a few hours and maybe you will eventually look forward to exercising. I recommend going to /fit and picking up information from them.
