Nah, I think it's pretty important since sex/sexuality is a huge aspect of being in a relationship. It may seem selfish but it would be wrong to force yourself to stay in a relationship that you'd feel uncomfortable about/can't put your all into.

Also I don't really think fake dicks work all that well. Not too sure about that.
