so im going to college. i took a placement test and placed into pre calc. which is cool. but. im a little nervous if i should be doing pre calc. i was always ok at math, but im not sure if im ready for pre calc. i guess "calculus" just seems like a scary word
i guess im just looking for some help. how is pre calc? i mean i placed into it so the school must think i can do it

If you were okay in math precalc should be like picking up where you left off. There isn't much to struggle about until you hit calc 2. Then you really need to devote time and attention and maybe even getting out of your comfort zone to ask your peers for help on the subject.

I agree actually. Precalculus is very easy if you don't dick around all day and listen to what the instructor tells you. Calculus 2 however is no walk in the park even with undivided attention it takes a lot of practice and concentration

Calculus 1,2 is easy. Its pretty much solving problems and using brain time to time. Just invest more time than you may think is enough and you'll get A. Just like every other things in life

Schools are smart. They tend to be right so don't stress. Do some review on khan academy, that website helped me tremendously.
