Most jobs you're going to find have part time openings are the least desirable. Biggest two are retail and food service.
If you're not old enough to bartend nights, then I'd suggest seeing what work opportunities your college has available (library, giftshop, front desk etc). You won't get paid much, but it's right where you attend classes and they'll really try to work around your schedule.
