Probably just a hemorrhoid. They're fairly common and very treatable.

red blood when you wipe is no big deal. that usually means it's just the outer part of your butthole. could have wiped too hard/too much and made it raw, or you could have a hemmorhoid

if your stool is black or there seems to be blood in the stool itself then you should worry
