I feel you, man.
I often feel the same way, and one of my biggest fears is that all of my friends are just pretending to like me, and don't actually consider me their friend.

Time heals all things, is what i always say, maybe you'll meet someone who'll make you feel like you belong, and you have to be patient.
Otherwise, try to reach out to a close friend, maybe discuss these feelings, or, if you feel your friends aren't really your type of people, don't be afraid to look for new friends.
