How do I find my insecurities and work on removing them without going to therapist ?

Keep a journal of your thoughts daily and begin by asking yourself if these thoughts and feelings you have are healthy. How do you respond to stressful and non-stressful situations? Evaluate yourself based off of realistic criteria you've researched online. Set realistic and healthy goals for yourself that align with your values. Do you know what your values are? Things like that.
Try the book "mind over mood". it has charts of your thoughts that you can fill out.

think about yourself and what you feel bad about. then decide if they need to change or if thats a societal perception. change those you can, and look for people who have that trait that you can't change. do you like them? are they worthy of love? than so are you..
