I'm pretty sure it's a sinus infection/sinusitis. I have this problem most of the time after a bad flu - which is what led to this feeling. Normally, antibiotics clear it up in a few days.

I like honey lemon tea with a squeeze actual lemon and actually honey.

When I use Tylenol or cold medicine I find the sickness lasts longer than it should and the mucus become unbearable when the Tylenol wears off.

People didn't have cold medicine until recently just man up an let your immune system do its job.

you've got a bad sinus infection

there are lots of pills avail in USA

try pseudoephedrine, have to ask at pharmacy counter, try other pills read the ingrediants, the brand name is crap there's only about 4-5 types of ingredients for all the pills

if the pills don't work keep plugging away until you get to doctor, worst case you will need sinus surgery = a total mess

Go to urgent care, much cheaper than a doctor.

Also get sudafed, it will get rid of the congestion which might stop the infection or at least help. 4 hour stuff you can get over the counter, 12 hour stuff you can get like 1 pack a day and you have to put your name and address on a list.

Fish antibiotics in pet stores is cheap and the same thing they put in human antibiotics
