While I was in college, I once wet the bed, for no apparent reason. Hadn't done it since childhood. Never happened again. Same thing happened to at least a couple people I know.

Maybe this is just an isolated incident. Worrying that it might not be won't help; it may actually make things worse.
I suggest you attribute it to randomness, unless it becomes a recurring thing (which it probably won't).

Funny thing happened to me yesterday. i just got back from break with hemmoroids. Last night one hemmoroid strangled itself and fell off so now my bed is covered in blood. The bad thing is i will have to hide washing my sheets because i just came back from break with clean sheets so people will think i soiled myself.

forreal, i had one of those dreams where I was pissing in my dream and woke up too late during christmas break a few years back. the shame of walking my soiled bedding past my father was worse than anything my classmates could've done.
