I'm a serial cheater. Alcohol is always heavily involved. I am going to AA meetings now but how do I deal with what is broken inside of me that lead me to cheat? How do I get help? I just destroyed the relationship of my life. I am 32 male and I know, a piece of shit, but I want to be better. How?

I have been I am going at least once weekly. But there has to be more wrong with me that aa doesn't deal with. Not every one who gets blacked out cheats. Should I seek therapy?
