24 yo. What do you do when you mess something up that's important to you but you don't have any more energy to give to fix it? I currently have full time school and work, and I am struggling with ADHD, anxiety, and depression, and I sometimes mess things up with people due to my life being generally chaos..
The frustrating thing is when I'm not overstressed I know how to handle these situations with people to repair things, but it's like I just can't spare the energy.
And no, it's not that said people aren't important, it's just that all my energy is taken up taking care of myself. Am I just doomed to be alone and lose all of my relationships?
as you've surmised, it's all about energy.
Right now your energy is spent on curbing anxiety and your depression, which leaves little to share for others. That's fine, you just need a way to create 'energy' or spend it efficiently.
Either manage and curb these afflictions or you will have little energy to meaningfully share to others.

Improving Physical energy increases capacity and how efficiently you burn passive energy. Things like running, working out, stretching, will help your capacity and efficiency. Food is your energy here.
Mental energy is created or rather 'freed' through relaxation and ridding the mind of obsessions, negative thought patterns, afflictions, anxities, worries, etc. We spend a lot of energy to harm ourselves and create more mental suffering. Clearing these fetters will allow you to keep your energy and use it more efficiently. This is harder as it requires the reshaping of your mind through meditation and ethical actions.

Forgot to add. The food for the mind is big subject. I tend to follow the Buddhist way since it has practice and observable use to me. A good breath meditation session s lightens my load which frees more energy for me to use. Also it teaches you how to use this energy wisely and not in a way that creates more suffering for yourself.
I can elucidate further, it's a big subject.
