Anyone have any ideas for stuff to do outside that doesn't require much effort? I think that getting some fresh air is a good way to fight depression, internet addiction, etc., but I usually don't feel up to typical outdoorsy stuff like hiking and sports.

Hiking requires too much effort? You literally just need a pair of shoes.

>that orange pollution in the river at the left
What is it? We've got a few of those around here, but I never figured out what it was.

No idea unfortunately, but now I'm curious too.

You also need cardio strength and, even more importantly, willpower. It's a good goal to work towards but for now I just need to find ways to get out of the house.

That's not pollution, that's red tide. Caused by dinoflagellates in bloom.
Just finding a nice spot to set a blanket and read is nice enough, anon.

There should be plenty of easy hikes in your area that don't require much in the way of cardio or willpower. You don't need to take a 40 mile hiking trip as your first. Just go for a day hike in a greenbelt for an hour or two.
Bike riding is pretty fun (and im a lazy fuck)
2nd hand bikes are cheap in basically every country
Honestly just walk while listening to music or just sit. Breathe.
