How do i break a computer addiction,
When im not at work or uni i'm always on 4chan/facebook/whatever.
Its been taking up my free time, i spend up to 3+ hours online and its been draning me.
Bumping for similar interest.
We have to find different hobbies but I'm not sure where to start
Recovering addict of many things here; ask me anything. I'm just tired of writing big long posts about addiction
make a list of things you want to accomplish, big and small. Examples from mine: time-management, organization, obsess less
--I take note of when I make steps towards my goals. You don't have to go nuts about it, but the more time you devote to becoming a better human, the less time you'll want to waste not doing so.
Don't give up your vices. Manage them

Simple.
Turn off your internet.
Read books, exercise or something.

you cannot turn off the internet. YOU CANNOT!
Develop alternative interests. A hobby, a vocation, something. Work more, maybe.
Look, I'm an oldfag because it's part of my routine when I'm at work and not actually working. It's a timekill when I'm not reading or exercising or pursuing another interest. It's my least-preferred leisure activity.
So, maybe you need more to do.
I build little boats, wooden model ships. I sucked at it for my first couple, but I'm damn near turning out museum-quality models now. About one a year. I started at age 30, got into woodworking to enjoy some quiet alone time.
There's stuff to do out there. You need to explore, look around and see what interests you, and decide if you want to work at it enough to be good at it. It should be something fun for you.
