No fapping is normal. Fapping too much is bad. Don't fap daily, keep it to 1-2 times a week max with a few days in between. Use your imagination.

Not fapping for months on end will leaves you with a weak dick and a lot of sexual frustration. There is benefits to not fapping often, but they diminish after the 7 day point if you're a young man. If you're old you shouldn't cum as often as a young guy, but a man in his 20s can cum once every 4-5 days and not have any issues.
