If my father is an illegal immigrant from Mexico and my Mom is a white American, and that my mom has fully custody of me, does that mean I could be deported for not being a citizen? I have recently gotten into some rightist politics and Christianity so will that save me from being deported to mexico?

I'm by no means an expert on immigration law, but I do know courts favor women, especially women with children. If she has full custody of you, then you likely have nothing to worry about.

Were you born in the US? If you weren't, tough shit but you aren't a citizen.

As long as one of your parents is American, you're considered a citizen. That'll probably change in the next few years, though.

Trump can't change the constitution without overwhelming congressional and house support. Conservatives aren't big on amendments, even with the majority they have.
