I joined the army and having men who are able to push out the apft like it nothing is sad. The top fastest female cadet is praised for running her almost under 13mins when 20 male cadets are pushing the same.

I can 40 push ups thats almost a 100 on the apft scale for females. Yet thats barely passing for males.

Whats the point. The military is my dream but being strong as a female is still dragging my male peers down.

Yes it's unfair and it sucks but it slowly changes and within a generation or two things are going to be a lot more fair and equal. Sure, you're playing life not on extra easy difficulty as a female in the first world but basically everybody in the third world, male/female got it A LOT harder.

Life is never fair but the current situation still gives you pretty decent chances to advance.
