A lot of people think that way, don't be like them anon. There's the german saying "unter jedem dach ein ach" (under every roof an "oh"). Everybody had or has to deal with misery and terrible things, they just don't show it. And I don't mean the small shit like loosing a job or having a minor car crash, i mean murder, sexual abuse, harassment in the own family, sudden deaths of people who feed the family or just drive them into unbelievable poverty. Don't try to harm random people because of "society did this to me", you could hurt somebody who is like you and that wouldn't make you better than the people who did this to you.

Rather find out what or who did this to you, how to avoid it and, if done because of pure viciousness, how to pay them back, legally of course. There are ways for legal payback, just think twice before you do anything, payback isn't sadly always as satisfying you imagine it to be.

It's not really an act of revenge, at least not in what I consider to be the conventional sense of the word.

In my life I have certainly been angry before, and as a result, mean and hurtful. I have done cruel things to people I felt wronged me. I did these things out of anger, and that felt like "revenge".

This is more from a desire to experience the other side. As I said, I have always steered the arc of my life towards making the world better. I don't want to "get revenge" against the world, it's more that I feel unconstrained by the sense of obligation I previously felt to do good, and I'm intrigued by the idea of not just casually acting selfishly (and thus causing harm), but actually intentionally trying to make things around me worse.

I may end up shifting back, or it may feel right. I don't know yet. I was really just asking about the pragmatic implementation of a life bent towards harm, not so much the psychological underpinnings of my decision.
