20 yo male here, I feel like my hair's condition is very poor, it is splitting and falling out a lot, so what should I do?
I shower almost every morning, my hair gets very oily and ugly after sleeping, should I stop that ?
what are some most useful shampoos/hair serums/other shit in this situation?

No cold showers necessary, just end the shower with cold water.
Shampoo only once every 2-3 days. Pat hair dry and let it air dry, no towel drying or hairdrying.
Avoid shampoos like Axe, sauve, etc. full of harsh chemicals.
It's okay to condition daily.

I use mane and tale conditioner or a biotin + colagen thickening conditioner. Both are fantastic
