Sorry to hear about that OP. I really wouldn't know what to do in your shoes either..on one hand it's not your business(to an extent??), on the other your Dad is an asshole for cheating on your mother instead of talking to her about some needs of his that might not be getting met. You could try talking to your dad without bringing up that you looked through his phone. Good luck man.
