hello adv. this is at least half /k/ related, but what would you do...

this might sound okay, but i dont see myself going far, its impossible college and work at same time here, first of all no uni in my shit town.
also its kinda late for uni/college.
should i just save up for france ticket and show up at french foreign legion recuirting center?
also my parents are really against it, how do i make them more positive about this. they got really mad when i told them about this

And my military offers college teachings for free, and they pay you, for the low cost of serving for a few years

You sound American. I'm sure they have similar deals
Basically, if you're remotely intelligent, the military of your country will suck dick for you
