I think most guys in relationships still masturbate, and I think most of these guys look at porn of someone or imagine having sex with someone who is not their partner, and don't feel bad about it.

I think the conflict might stem from the idea that if you masturbate to someone, it means you want to have sex with them. But generally, I wouldn't want to have sex with the people I watch in porn. Even if the sex was free and my partner would never know about it, I wouldn't want to have sex with them. I am merely aroused by watching them do, or be subjected to, the particular things that excite me sexually. If I DID want to have sex with them, then I think I would find masturbating to porn a much more upsetting experience.
