You don't. You need to do a better job of finding roommates in the future. Only move in with people who are similar in lifestyle.

The best you can do at this point is ask if they can smoke outside, because the smoke is getting to you. As for how they act/are as a human being, there's shit all you can do, nor should you try to do anything, because you dug this hole for yourself by not properly vetting the people you live with.

Move out when you can and don't make the same mistakes.

Next he said he encounters it on a daily basis maybe it's loud moaning noises or dildos he trips over like discarded banana peels. That's not only a disturbance but safety hazard.
