Fish oil and selenium helped me quit a few times, though I'm drinking again.

It still helps me sleep a lot more than if I didn't take it.

Casual alcoholic here. Whenever I take shrooms I don't feel like drinking anymore until someone hands me a drink. I've gone 3 months without a drink after a shroom trip. It's the only thing that's worked for me besides insane effort like meditation, gym, diary entries, having a gf to fuck my frustration out on and some weed.
