Distance yourself from technology and set a goal of how many days you want to abstain. When you feel the urge, go ride bikes. Walk your dog. Wash dishes. Lift weights. Anything really, just keep your mind off of it. I find that physical activities are the best substitute. If you reach your goal, reward yourself with something nice, a Christmas present, or food, whatever you like. It doesn't have to be big. Maybe just play your favorite song, If you replace sex/porn with normal positivity, your mind will start to drift onto better things. If you don't make it to your goal, don't be shameful. It's a normal process of withdrawal. Just reflect on what you can do next time to prevent yourself. Educate yourself about the reward system and how it works if you don't already know. There are tons of good videos on YouTube and such. Maybe you aren't religious, but God helps me. I'm no peddler though, do your own thing.
