So I stupidly made a deal with this guy to trade a laptop for an Xbox and gears 4. He already owed me $90. He insisted it was brand new and could sell for $400. It usually sells for $300 That would cover the cost of the Xbox with some left over and he would just still owe me $90 so I figured why not. So I bought the xbox, made the trade and turns out it's functional but in piss poor condition. It wouldn't even sell for $50. I let him borrow some clothes for his court hearing and probably won't get them back because it's been months after he said he'd pay me the $90. We had a LAN party and he left his Xbox here, I feel inclined just to sell it after that shit deal but I dont know the legal and moral ramifications.
