Yeah I know, I'm hardly self conscious, I know I'm in a good situation in life and I'm grateful for it. Just seems like I'm always the victim of circumstance and I've never been in a real relationship, just bullshit like this.

You know things are likely to awkward when you have fallen in love with someone who draws porn as one source of income. Not a desire to bang, but actually developed romantic feelings for the person for who they are. The main problem is figuring out who to discuss this sort of issue with, considering that it's always a good idea to have a third party to help with matters involving romance. Somehow I managed to keep in contact with this person without much solid, direct help from anybody else and I somehow managed not to get blocked from all but one of her social media channels oddly enough. Too bad they have a bad experience with people, they seem to be either really shy or I must've rubbed them the wrong way(figuratively, they're thousands of clicks away from me so it would've been impossible physically).

Yet, every now and again, I get a feeling that she might have a crush on me based on what they draw and the change to a more positive mood when I arrive to socialize.

I'm honestly not sure what to do at this point, perhaps not the wisest idea to go to 4chan for this. I just have a hunch that I wouldn't be the only one from their social group that might be browsing here...

Problem is that they are very...vague about their relationship status. One day it looks they have a SO, but it seems like in the past month or 2 they have broken off with that person. And the strange thing is, knowing how many horny folks would flock to people in such a profession, they don't straight up say if they're in a relationship or not. If you don't want annoying horny people to message you to do stuff that wouldn't be appropriate for a relationship, why not state out front that you have an SO on a profile page? Why go through all that hassle if they have an SO?

Another issue is that I don't want to risk getting blocked on their social media platforms. I'm not sure if I can take another bout of isolation for a few months again, I'm sick of this loneliness.

No, I don't know them personally. But I did manage to begin socializing with this person in a setting that didn't involved producing porn. I made a point to not give money not because I'm an asshole, but to be certain that they enjoy being around me as a person and not necessarily as a customer or a source of income. At this point, since they haven't really pushed me to pay them money (I don't really ask for art that much) and they haven't blocked me, I assume they at least enjoy my presence as a regular and know that I'm much more than a horny-passerby.

Well in that case id recommend you getting to the point of you both being good friends first, someone they enjoy talking to and do so regularly. This involves them actually liking you personally which may or may not work but it's the best way, you can't trick someone into liking you, not long term.
