OP, since you do exercise you are in a great place to be. Start playing team sports. Go to sports events and gyms. Dont rely on passive tinder, be active. If you joined, say, a mixed volleyball team your social isolation wil be over in an instant. God Speed Anon.

im not suffering, i enjoy every minute of it
ive had my fill of socializing. i party/see friends once or twice a month, get laid when i feel like it, but otherwise i prefer to be alone.
