I never opened Disability because I do not have a computer and limited Internet access.
Is there any way i can still open a claim?

I have 2 different Doctors Notes from the first week of my injury.
Im still not 100% ready to go back to work and I have a doctors appointment to check on my back this week.

Please tell me how much of an idiot I am.
