Are you good at hiding it? Even if it's stressful, can you put on a show convincing enough that people just assume you're a bit introverted?

If not, you need to focus on that. With luck, you may find that these convincing fake interactions become less stressful and more real.

Do you have any particular skill set? If you're good with computers, maybe look at getting an IT qualification? People expect tech workers to be a bit weird/nerdy.

Look for a deskbound job that doesn't involve too much contact with the public - file clerk, data input, researcher, paralegal, etc, etc

Look into programs, perhaps you can get some job training. Always look into which programs are available for you.
