I'm 19 myself, but I've been through several existential crises like that. Yeah life is pointless and we're all gonna die one day, but you've got to find the beauty in the futility of living. Certainly there are things you enjoy, keep doing those things. Accept this life for what it is and accept that it will be over one day, for all of us, so therefore you aren't alone in this struggle. Life is meaningless, sure, but that shouldn't stop you from making your own personal meaning and living by it. Use your fear of the inevitably of death to make something of yourself, to explore your pleasures and passions and interests, to connect with other humans and make them feel ok about their impending demise. You don't want to be on your deathbed, regretting how much fear of death held you back from living, that should be motivation enough to be happy. Alright, well here's a few more details of the situation:

I run a successful business online that nets me about $30k a month, have a fitness model body, in a happy relationship. Because the business is online I'm able to travel extensively a do a lot of fun things. I could definitely use more friends though. I actually think I'm having these thoughts because I pretty much have everything I want.

You sound great. Do a MRI on your brain, depressed people and mentally retarded people have dark spots in their brains. You may have some sort of chemical deficiency. It might not even be genetic and be environmental, meaning if this was recent, then you may have eaten taunted foods and drinks, mercury and lead and wreck your brain like a concussion.
