There's no age limit as far as I know.

I'm teaching lower level math classes at a uni right now. Last semester i had a guy in his 50's. He was my favorite student and was one of the best students, even though he had a family and worked full time. What I'm trying to say is theres no age limit just put effort into it and you'll do well.
Also don't put an image that catches the eye more than your question.
It depends on what you are looking to get out of it. If you're going to school so you can educated for a specific job, like lawyer or accountant, you should start no later than age 30 imo. That way you will be in your mid-to-late 30's when entering the workforce in your chosen profession. That's a bit late to be starting a serious career, but youre still not too old to be taken seriously.
