I tend to have a lot of problems with people at work. Sometimes when the manager is the center of attention he'll look over at me and he'll have this attitude like "everyone else is acting like this, why aren't you?"
and then everytime I see them from then on it will make things weird and I can't overcome it and then it ruins everything
what do?

my problem is I let these little things overwhelm me and I don't want to come into work anymore?
so like, how do you stay above this petty stuff that happens in the office? cause other people will see that and they'll start treating you differently too

well yeah it gives me anxiety but I don't need pills....I just hate how when you do something you'll get stuck in it. like other people will try and reinforce that too, you know?

Idk man ive never been in a situation where anyone elses opinions mattered to me. I just do what i feel and if anyone else has a problem with it its their problem
