So I was reading this article

I had never though about it before, but I recently realized my penis lacks sensitivity in most places. On the entire shaft, the skin is less sensitive than the skin on my entire body. It almost feels slightly numb. In the "glans," when I touch it it's decently sensitive in a way but in no way enjoyable sexually it's hard to explain but it almost feels like it burns, but not exactly painful. The only area on my entire penis that I can use to get off is this ~1 square centimeter area on my "frenulum." To me, while I'm masturbating it doesn't even feel very enjoyable, the only thing that seems to feel good is finishing. When I was younger I got some blowjobs for my ex gf and she was never able to even get me off, despite trying on ~30 occasions. She wasn't even bad at it, but she wasn't exactly a porn star at it either. So what it boiled down to is I'd have her suck me for a bit, I'd jack some, she'd get me slightly closer, then I'd jack to the edge and have hurry and finish sucking me off. She was religious though, so I've never had sex and I haven't touched a girl since. I'm scared that if I put a condom on and have sex I won't enjoy it at all and I may not even be able to stay hard, because I struggle enough with my almost non existant sex drive enough as it is (that's a topic for another thread thougg..)
So obviously not all circumcised men are going to have this problem, but I'm wondering who else out here feels this way and what parts you feel have little sensitivity, and what parts are sensitive.
This isn't bait or shilling, I'm serious.
What I'm also wondering is if I have any legal precedent to sue the person who preformed the circumcision. Does this sound like the procedure was done wrong? Could I sue for malpractice?

Circumcision reducing sensitivity is the intent.
In some cases it works better than others, in your case it sounds like you had a really good one.

Sounds like it should be illegal like female genital mutilation. Also I'd like a source on that being the purpose of the procedure, I don't know anything about why they do it but from what I heard it's not at all that.

Many doctors push it as being a cleanliness issue, mainly the jewish/conservative ones who had it done to themselves and are convinced it's better.
