So, how "morally" wrong is it to fuck your step sister?

Trying to decide how best to handle this. She says she is in love with me now, and while I'm not in love with her, I definitely could be given some time. Definitely my type of girl. She is 25, and I'm 23.
We've been fucking like 3-4 times a week every week. She is seriously fucking hot, much hotter than any girl I've been with by a long shot.
Family doesn't know we've been fucking and that she wants to have a real relationship with me, and I'm not sure if they'd be cool with that or not.
What do you anons think? I'm entirely unsure about what to do right now.
