I'm a 20 year old male and I'm on pretty strong antidepressants. While they are helping my mood immensely, a side effect is that they make it extremely difficult for me to get and maintain an erection.
I've considered Viagra for this, but in my country it's available by prescription only. I've asked my doctor over the phone, and he said he wouldn't want to prescribe it due to my age.
Are there any natural or over-the-counter supplements that work like Viagra, in that I can simply take them to get more blood flow to the penis? If not, what are some other things I could try to help with this? I can't stop the antidepressants, as I get severely lethargic and suicidal when I'm off them.
Thanks guys.

Have you talked to your doctor about trying a different anti-depressant? Also, have you tried using cock rings? They might help.
Change your medication, or change your doctor

I've tried cockrings, but they don't seem to help a whole lot unfortunately.

I'm a bit scared to change my medication, I've been through more than I can count and this is the first that's actually worked.
Sadly loss of libido and sexual performance is a common side effect of anti-depressants.
My advice? get off the SSRIs. The lack of sexual confidence will ruin you in the long run, much more than not taking the SSRIs.
I recommend you pinpoint why you need the SSRIs. Maybe you're fapping too much? Poor diet causing fatigue? Maybe try a mushroom or LSD trip, or DMT. Maybe try MDMA. I dunno, man. There's so many reasons why you could feel lethargic. Everybody goes through phases of lethargy, and most can find a way out without SSRIs.
maybe you just need a boost of caffeine in the morning.
SSRIs are a dangerous quick fix and should only be prescribed to people who have literally no other option and have tried everything. In my experience they're not safe.
The limp dick is probably the worst side effect, though.

It's much easier to find out something else that will also work, now that you found one, than while you and doc were literally looking in the dark (nothing wrong with that, that's how it works)
At the very least talk to him about changing it. I was lucky my first anxiety med worked, but I had the awful side effect of taking forever to cum, even in a low dosage. Now I take another one that works just the same, but the side effect is minimal, even benefical desu
If you have to stay on antidepressants, change. I'm on an SNRI and have no worries getting a boner or fucking, but achieving orgasm is near impossible.
