I'm currently in the process of interviewing for four different jobs. I left my job last Friday, so there is some urgency here... but I think my last choice is going to offer me the position tomorrow, where the other three will take some time to complete the process.
How do I hold off accepting this offer until I know if the other jobs are going to offer their positions to me?
I am pretty much the top candidate for these positions, they reached out to me with their openings.

Just take it and then quit if you get a better offer.

said. and just tell them that you're quitting because you got accepted to a higher paying job.

Tell them you need a few days to think about it, and get in contact with the others to see how long they'll be

The problem here is that I work in a very intimate industry where there's not a ton of available talent, and people tend to shift jobs. I don't want to screw them over by onboarding me, ending their search, and then telling other candidates they don't want them. Make sense?
I could create a lot of bad blood with people that I'm going to have to continue to work with in these other jobs.

Yes that makes sense. Then tell them that you're waiting on another offer and ask if they're ok with waiting for you. They might negotiate too, so maybe think of an offer that they could offer you that would convince you to stay with them.
