If a girl is kinda mean to me, does that usually mean they like me? She always calls me "bitch" with a huge grin, constantly glances at me, and teases me. For instance, I went to dinner alone, I saw her on the way down and said "thanks for dinner anonette" and she replied with "screw you anon" and laughed. Later I was sleeping in the study hall and she threw something at me waking me up, telling me I should be studying.
The thing is she is only mean to me, there's this other dude who she talks to and they laugh together a lot and I can tell the dude likes her so he makes a huge effort to talk to her, I don't. She doesn't tease him or anything like she does with me. What do? She's super awkward around me so she only really talks to me if we're in a group of people. She also used to actually be normal around me and not a jerk.

rule #1 just assume everyone likes you and wants to be with you. you belong everywhere you decide to go. other people should feel uncomfortable making sustained eye contact with you. other people should move out of YOUR way.
